Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the specific criteria outlined below to apply for the position
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
Applicants must satisfy either of the following two routes
Route 1 : B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university, and valid registration with the Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council.
Route 2: Intermediate examination (or equivalent). 3-year General Nursing Course + 6 months Midwifery training (GNM) from an INC-recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Medical College or a tertiary care hospital. Valid registration with the Andhra Pradesh Nursing Council.
Age Limit (As of 01.07.2026)
Minimum Age : 18 years completed.
Maximum Age : 42 years (must not have completed 42).
Age Relaxations:
SC / ST / BC / EWS : 5 years relaxation.
PwBD : 10 years relaxation.
Ex-Servicemen : 3 years plus the length of service rendered.
Existing SVIMS Employees (Contract/Outsourcing/Adhoc): 5 years relaxation (subject to a minimum of 5 years of service at SVIMS).

The application fee includes 18% GST and must be paid online via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. Fees are strictly non-refundable.
